Refund & Return Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out.

At Bgenda, every order is packed with care. But if something’s wrong with your order, we’re here to help.

1. All Sales Are Final

Most of our items are limited, curated, or small-batch — which means all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or style chosen

  • Items that have been used or worn

Please double-check your order before checking out!

2. What We Accept Returns/Exchanges For

We’ll accept a return or exchange only if:

  • The item arrived damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

3. How To Request

Drop us an email at hello@bgenda.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item & issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll review and get back to you within 3 working days.

4. What Happens Next

→ If approved:

  • You’ll return the item to us (shipping cost covered by you unless it’s our mistake)

  • Once received & inspected, we’ll either:

    • Send a replacement item (if available)

    • Issue store credit (if item is sold out)

→ If not approved:

  • We’ll explain why and return the item back to you.

5. Shipping for Returns

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.

  • Bgenda is not responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping — we recommend using a trackable service.

6. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds (store credit or replacement) will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
