Bgenda is a lifestyle store based in Malaysia. All content, products, and services available on this site are provided by Bgenda for personal, non-commercial use only.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. It’s your responsibility to check this page for changes.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices listed are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise.

We do our best to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices are accurate. However, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the pricing or availability of any product, we’ll inform you as soon as possible and offer options to proceed or cancel.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment is successfully made.

We accept payment via:

Online Banking / FPX
Credit/Debit Card
e-Wallet (where available)

All orders are subject to availability. Bgenda reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, errors in product information, or suspicious activity.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship within Malaysia only. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email from us. Given delivery times are estimates only — we can’t guarantee exact arrival dates.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final.

We only accept returns or exchanges for items that are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival
Incorrect item sent

To request a return or exchange, contact us at hello@bgenda.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the item was sent in error or is faulty.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video — belongs to Bgenda unless stated otherwise. No part of this site may be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

7. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected through this site will only be used for order processing, communication, and improving your shopping experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
